About:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator / Shift In-Charge for our agrochemical formulation plant. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day plant operations, supervising manpower, monitoring formulation processes, and ensuring smooth production activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day plant and production operations.
- Operate and monitor agrochemical formulation machinery and equipment.
- Supervise manpower and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for efficient plant operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting related to production activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in the Agrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of Liquid Filling Machines, ACM, SC Mill, Reactors, and related machinery.
- Understanding of chemical handling, machinery operations, and safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong operational and supervision skills are preferred for Foreman/Supervisor roles.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation plants will be preferred.
- Candidates should be disciplined, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
