Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects.
- Source materials as per BOQ, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Develop and manage vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate rates.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after required approvals.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Design, Stores, QS and Finance teams.
- Monitor material quality, cost, delivery and vendor performance.
- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor documentation.
- Resolve procurement, quality and delivery-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, specifications and commercial terms.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
Minimum Exp. 6 to 10 years
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
