Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members – Baristas to join our café team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a great customer experience.
- Operate the POS system and process customer payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, and café supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
