We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to handle customer support for barcode printers, thermal printers, scanners, and ID card printers. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth product operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, remote access, and in-person visits.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and troubleshoot product-related issues effectively.
- Resolve technical problems based on their severity either remotely or by visiting the customer location.
- Install, configure, and demonstrate products at customer sites using the company vehicle.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, including printers, scanners, and related accessories.
- Clearly explain product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.
- Ensure timely response and closure of customer complaints.
Experienced and Beginner (6 months - 2 years) are highly preferred!
Salary is based on your interview performance!
