Check for Leakage alerts in admin dashboards and WeGoT email alerts. Intimate Resident for alerts generated during the working hours, which are not rectified within 30 mins. Alert Plumber for leakages causing heavy wastage not attended within 1 hour.

Check for usage patterns for the unit for leakage alerts. Intimate WeGOT for false alerts (when consumption data do not support a leakage pattern) and log a ticket in AC

Check Master Panels for Leakage alerts - If found inconsistent with admin dashboard (e.g. leakage stopped in Panel but does not reflect in dashboard - log ticket in AC

Co-ordinate with WeGOT to ensure any False leakage alerts are verified and closed within quoted SLA of 2 days
Daily No Flow Alerts

Verify the 'No Flow' daily report and contact the resident to verify usage. If usage found, log a ticket with WeGOT for sensor verification

Verify 'No Flow' inlets in dashboard and compare with error report - raise ticket for any difference between dashboard and Panel.

Check for usage counter limit exceeded errors and co-ordinate with WeGOT for counter reset with minimum data loss. Record the readings after reset till the next day when WeGOT resumes tracking of usage, to be manually added.

Co-ordinate with WeGOT to get the previous Monthly usage and adjustment data for surges/spikes and usage corrections due to errors by first week of month.

Prepare the WeGOT monthly usage and rates to be uploaded to admin dashboard so that residents can verify details in WeGOT App. Collect the required details from AEFOA office staff

To be Single Point of contact for residents to check on WeGOT complaints, in case helpdesk is not responding.
