Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Coordinator
Role Overview
The Sales & Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing end-to-end sales coordination and customer support for domestic customers across India.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets and MIS reports, and possess a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing from order receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, product availability, and commercial queries.
- Act as a primary point of contact for domestic customers and provide prompt resolution to customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Production to ensure seamless order execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, order fulfilment performance, and other key business metrics.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and business insights using advanced Excel functions and tools.
- Support the sales team with data analysis, customer information, pricing records, and sales performance tracking.
- Monitor order fulfilment and proactively identify and resolve potential delays or service issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and transaction details within ERP systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations, sales reviews, and business performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and documentation standards.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or related functions.
- Experience supporting domestic customers and managing order processing activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Experience in MIS reporting and sales analytics is mandatory.
- SAP experience will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
