Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our healthcare design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills, a solid understanding of architectural drawings, and the ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renders.
This role is critical in translating complex healthcare designs into compelling visual presentations for clients and stakeholders, with exposure to large-scale projects across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for healthcare projects
- Interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and concepts into realistic visual outputs
- Create visualizations for hospital spaces such as OPDs, IPDs, ICUs, OTs, lobbies, and diagnostic areas
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and detailing to achieve photorealistic results
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy
- Support design presentations, client discussions, and marketing requirements
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently within project timelines
- Maintain consistency in visual quality and project standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field
- Strong visualization and rendering skills
- Proficiency in software such as:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape
- AutoCAD (basic understanding)
- Photoshop (for post-production)
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design
- Strong attention to detail and composition
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or hospital projects
- Ability to create walkthrough animations and video presentations
- Understanding of lighting techniques and rendering optimization
- Experience working with architectural or design firms
