Role Overview
Conkart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across assigned territories. The role involves managing a field sales team, developing dealer/contractor networks, and expanding Conkart’s presence in the construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit contractors, builders, developers, architects, interior designers, dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and construction sites to generate new business opportunities.
- Acquire new buyers and onboard them onto the Conkart platform.
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers as sellers.
- Present and demonstrate Conkart's digital procurement platform and explain its business benefits to customers.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and order targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business growth.
- Update daily visit reports, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM or reporting system.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Sales, , B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Construction Materials, Building Products, Banking, E-commerce, or Marketplace industries.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close business independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and other business decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Persistent in follow-ups and capable of converting opportunities into business.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned location.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
