Thapas Energy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar PV panels, mounting structures, and related equipment.
- Assist in electrical wiring, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure installations comply with safety standards.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of solar systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete installations on schedule.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience in solar installation, electrical work, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools.
- Ability to work at heights and outdoor locations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
