The firm takes its name from Frederick Withum, Leonard Smith, and Ivan Brown, who founded their self-titled company in 1974 in Middlesex County, N.J., USA. Withum is seeking the right person to fill our Proposal Coordinator position based in our Bengaluru office. This person will have project management or project coordination experience. They will help coordinate first drafts of pursuit documents using our Dynamics 365 CRM system, and proposal automation software, Templafy. The Proposal Coordinator must be detail oriented and comfortable working with data - assuring information needed for draft proposals are updated in CRM. They must maintain compliance and adhere to deadlines and proposal requirements. This person will report to the US. -based Pursuit Team Leader. The right candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude and can work under tight deadlines.

Coordinating and executing draft proposals utilizing information in CRM.

Maintaining compliance and adherence to proposal document deadlines and requirements.

Assuring information needed for draft proposals is included in CRM.

Assisting with proposal edits.
