About the Opportunity
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our growing Automotive Aftermarket Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the distributor and dealer network, increasing market penetration, and strengthening customer relationships across the assigned territory.
This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in Automotive Spare Parts Sales, Channel Sales, Distributor Development, and Business Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sustainable business growth.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors across the assigned territory.
- Expand dealer and retailer networks to improve market coverage and product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, mechanics, fleet customers, and key accounts.
- Guide and mentor distributor sales teams to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Ensure optimum inventory management and monitor outstanding collections.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and evaluate competitor activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and business ethics.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree, or MBA.
- 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Two-Wheeler Spare Parts industry is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in distributor management, dealer development, channel sales, and territory handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Compensation & Benefits
