Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and makeup products.
- Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store hygiene.
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure product availability.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Follow company SOPs and provide excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass); Graduation is preferred.
- Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, fashion retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for beauty are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Work Details
- Location: Attingal, Kerala
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off
