We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to lead the overall business performance of the senior living center. The role requires strong expertise in sales, occupancy growth, P&L management, MIS reporting, resident experience, and end-to-end operations management.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive occupancy and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle walk-ins, site visits, lead conversion, and closure of units/services.
- Build referral networks with brokers, hospitals, corporates, and channel partners.
- Develop local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Maximize revenue through upselling of services.
2. P&L Management
- Own center profitability and financial performance.
- Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and EBITDA performance.
- Control operating expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure collections, receivables, and billing efficiency.
3. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track occupancy, leads, conversions, revenue, collections, expenses, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Present center performance updates to management.
- Use data for decision-making and forecasting.
4. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day center operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, catering, and front office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments as per SOPs.
- Maintain high service standards and resident satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and service recovery.
5. Team Leadership
- Manage center staff and department heads.
- Drive productivity, discipline, and performance culture.
- Conduct training, reviews, and manpower planning.
6. Resident & Family Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with residents and families.
- Handle feedback, grievances, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure a premium hospitality-led living experience.
7. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure statutory, safety, audit, and policy compliance.
- Manage vendor contracts and administrative controls.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 2+ years experience in center management, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, senior living, or residential operations.
- Strong experience in sales, P&L ownership, MIS reporting, and operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
