Job Responsibilities
- We offer end-to-end Family Office Management services, helping families manage their complete financial ecosystem.
- This is a non-IT position involving professional client relationship management in personal finance.
- Manage and oversee assigned families’ financial accounts and overall personal finances.
- Collect bank statements on a monthly basis and conduct detailed account analysis.
- Engage and manage client relationships through virtual platforms and digital communication tools.
- Update and maintain clients’ monthly budgets and perform comprehensive monthly budget analysis.
- Conduct quarterly financial review meetings with clients.
- Perform annual reviews of clients’ financial plans and long-term goals.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely filing of clients’ Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Coordinate with property valuators to facilitate clients’ property valuations.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to obtain property legal opinions for clients.
- Identify gaps in clients’ financial portfolios and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Take accountability for helping clients reduce expenses, EMIs, and income tax liabilities through structured financial planning.
- Recommend and facilitate suitable financial products aligned with clients’ goals.
- Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses to client queries.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and convert them into new business opportunities.
- Manage annual subscription renewals for assigned clients.
- Acquire new families as clients each month through various sourcing channels.
