Key Responsibilities
· Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically managing complex calendars, prioritizing urgent meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
· Communications: Screening calls, routing emails, and drafting professional correspondence on the director's behalf.
· Meeting & Event Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, compiling briefing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items across departments.
· Travel & Logistics: Organizing domestic and international travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and preparing expense reports. If required, to travel along for handling meetings with clients.
· Reporting & MIS: Gathering data to create performance dashboards, status updates, and management reports.
· Project Management: Acting as a liaison between the director and stakeholders, ensuring strategic initiatives and deadlines are met.
Essential Qualifications
· Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
· Experience: Usually 3 to 10 years of progressive experience providing direct support to executives or senior management.

· Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, board members, and staff.
· Tech-Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace, and project management tools.
· Discretion: A high degree of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential business information.
