Infrawebs Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development activities, generate new client opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of IT, web solutions, or digital services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
