Job Description – Logistics Coordinator / Purchase

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
- Coordinate appointment-based deliveries with marketplaces, warehouses, customers, and logistics partners.
- Schedule delivery appointments as per the required time slots.
- Follow up with transporters and delivery partners to ensure appointments are confirmed and completed on time.
- Maintain a daily tracker for scheduled, confirmed, completed, rescheduled, and cancelled appointments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock is ready before the scheduled delivery.
- Handle delivery rescheduling, delays, and appointment-related issues.
- Ensure timely communication between vendors, logistics partners, warehouses, and marketplace teams.
- Maintain proper records and reports of all appointment-based deliveries.
