Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Coordination
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare staff for smooth operations.
- Manage patient-related documentation, records, and appointments.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and hospital authorities.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain hospital-related reports and databases.
Human Resources
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and records.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
