With our Head Office and Experience Centre in Vile Parle (East) and manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi, we collaborate with architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants across India.
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who can support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between customers, designers, production, procurement, logistics, and accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate enjoys organizing work, interacting with customers, and ensuring that every enquiry progresses efficiently from quotation to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and customers regarding enquiries and project updates.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Coordinate internally with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
- Track customer orders from confirmation until delivery and installation.
- Maintain accurate sales records, enquiry trackers, customer databases, and order status reports.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales team with presentations and documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate sample requests, product catalogues, and technical documents.
- Ensure timely collection of customer approvals and required project information.
- Assist with payment follow-ups in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Handle customer calls professionally and resolve routine queries promptly.
- Support CRM updates and maintain accurate customer records.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Back Office Sales.
- Experience in lighting, furniture, interior products, architecture, construction, manufacturing, or project-based businesses will be preferred.
