Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full-time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through onboarding and service processes.
- Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience.
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client relations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus.
