Location: Remote — based in Gujarat, India Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time) Note: This is a night shift in India — approximately 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST ~35–40 hours/week.

ABOUT US
Midsouth Hotel Supply is a family-owned supplier serving 1000+ hotels nationwide, now expanding into restaurant and commercial kitchen supplies and FF&E furniture. We are a small, tech-forward team where individuals take ownership of their results and have clear room to grow as the company scales.
THE ROLE
This is a dedicated new-business development role focused entirely on outbound prospecting. You will not manage existing accounts; your responsibility is to identify new opportunities, reach decision-makers, and build a qualified pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Make 75–100 outbound cold calls per day to hotels, restaurants, and other commercial businesses
- Reach decision-makers (purchasing managers, general managers, owners) past gatekeepers
- Qualify leads and capture complete, accurate details: decision-maker name, role, contact information, current vendors, needs, and timeline
- Follow up consistently and professionally until a lead is qualified or disqualified
- Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities (e.g., promotions on can liners, mirrors, PTAC units, and bulk deals)
- Represent the Midsouth brand professionally on every call

REQUIREMENTS
- Cold-calling experience in the U.S. market, with a demonstrable track record
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, with clear, neutral English communication
- Persistent, resilient approach with strong follow-through
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort adopting new tools and technology quickly
- Availability on weekends when required
HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable internet, minimum 100 Mbps
- A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM
- A quiet, professional work environment (no background noise on calls)
- A headset with microphone
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, etc.)
- Prior B2B sales or hospitality/supply industry experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting pay: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance bonus
- Commission-eligible after the 60-day training period, based on performance
