Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth execution of business commitments.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Handle client coordination and support customer relationship management.
- Monitor office facilities, vendors, and inventory requirements.
- Share updates, reports, and important communications with concerned persons via email.
- Assist management in branch operations and team coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support target achievement and branch performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Office Management, or CRM.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
