Key Responsibilities
- Lead Outreach: Call prospective clients, leverage pre-written scripts, and identify their needs to generate interest.
- Sales Conversion: Pitch products/services, handle customer objections or complaints, and close sales directly over the phone.
- Cross-Selling/Upselling: Recommend upgrades or complementary products to existing customers to maximize sales value.
- Database Management: Record and update customer information, call logs, and transaction details in the company's CRM.
- Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
