As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to provide accurate insights into the client’s financial journey, and projections.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze actual financial results against budgeted and forecasted figures, identifying key drivers of variances and providing explanations to management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and economic factors that could impact the client’s financial performance.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses of the client, recommending strategies for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the client’s financial stability and adherence to financial commitments.
- Financial Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including insurance, operations, and business development to gather relevant data and insights for analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree in Finance or professional certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and using tools such as Microsoft Excel, financial software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
