Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT job requirements from clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and collect candidate details.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate database and update records regularly.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
- Strong learning attitude and team player mindset.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
