Job Title: Calling & Ordering
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Take customer orders accurately over the phone
Assist customers with product/service inquiries
Confirm order details such as quantity, pricing, and delivery
Update customer and order information in the system
Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate issues when needed
Follow up with customers on order status and delivery
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly calling and order targets
Requirements & Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle calls patiently and politely
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer support or calling is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,991.46 - ₹20,000.00 per month
