- Plan employee engagement activities
- Implement wellness and motivation initiatives
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Work on retention strategies and employee satisfaction
Performance Management
- Monitor KRAs/KPIs of employees
- Conduct performance review processes
- Handle PIP and performance improvement discussions
- Coordinate appraisal and increment processes
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities
- Manage HR reports and MIS
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of HR policies
- Maintain statutory compliance
- Handle disciplinary matters professionally
- Coordinate with management on HR decisions
Training & Development
- Identify training needs
- Conduct induction and development programs
- Support leadership and skill enhancement initiatives
Team Management
- Supervise HR team activities
- Guide recruiters and HR executives
- Monitor hiring targets and HR productivity
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
