Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with customers after product delivery, collect feedback about their experience, maintain customer satisfaction records, and escalate any complaints or service-related issues to the concerned department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers after product delivery to collect feedback on their purchase and service experience.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
- Record customer feedback accurately in Excel or CRM software.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Identify customer concerns and escalate complaints to the relevant department promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer feedback reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, energetic, smart, and confident personality.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer operations.
- Good data entry and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally.
- Self-motivated with a positive and customer-centric attitude
