The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for building and maintaining a positive image of the school through effective communication, public engagement, parent relations, media coordination, and promotional activities. The PRO acts as a bridge between the school, parents, media, and the community to strengthen the school’s reputation and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Handle school inquiries, admissions-related communication, and visitor coordination professionally.
- Coordinate public relations activities, events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Manage communication for school events, achievements, celebrations, and announcements.
- Draft and circulate notices, newsletters, press releases, and official communication materials.
- Coordinate with digital and social media teams for school branding and online presence.
- Ensure timely updates of school activities on official communication platforms.
- Assist in organizing parent orientation programs, exhibitions, annual functions, and special events.
- Address parent concerns and ensure smooth communication between parents and school authorities.
- Maintain records of media coverage, publicity materials, and communication reports.
- Support admission drives, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives of the school.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the school’s policies, values, and brand image.
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, designers, and event partners when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
