Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle high-volume calling, generate leads, and effectively communicate with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200–250 calls per day to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Explain property details, offers, and company services clearly
- Maintain a positive and professional approach on calls
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Ability to handle high call volumes (200–250 calls/day)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
