We are looking for a passionate and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team.
Job Summary
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and educating corporate employees on musculoskeletal conditions, posture correction, ergonomic practices, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. The role also involves conducting wellness initiatives and promoting physical health through both individual consultations and group sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Provide pain management, rehabilitation, and post-injury recovery support.
- Educate employees on posture correction, workplace ergonomics, stretching exercises, and injury prevention.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments for corporate employees.
- Lead wellness workshops, fitness sessions, and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual physiotherapy consultations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BPT) or Master's Degree (MPT) in Physiotherapy.
- Valid registration with the respective State Physiotherapy Council (where applicable).
- 1–4 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Freshers with strong clinical internship experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace ergonomics and preventive healthcare.
- Ability to conduct group wellness sessions and health education programs.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital healthcare platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in corporate wellness or occupational health programs.
- Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and ergonomic assessments.
- Exposure to teleconsultation and digital healthcare services.
