We are seeking a talented, creative, and customer-oriented Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair care, beauty trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of professional hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and consultations. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and recommend hairstyles and treatments that enhance their appearance and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
- Provide professional hair cutting, trimming, and styling services for clients of all ages.
- Perform hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, ombre, bleaching, and color correction services.
- Conduct hair treatments such as smoothing, keratin, deep conditioning, scalp treatments, and hair spa services.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair care routines, and products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation for all tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, products, and industry developments.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in promoting salon services, retail products, and special offers.
- Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle client concerns professionally and strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other salon team members to create a positive and professional work environment
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
