We are looking for a Front Office Staff to manage front office operations, coordinate sales and marketing activities, handle administrative tasks, and support field-related work such as department visits, bank-related activities, and document coordination. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office activities and attend visitors/calls professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for client follow-ups and related activities.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Coordinate courier, inward/outward documents, and office communications.
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and basic MIS data.
- Support field work including bank visits, government department works, document submission, and collection activities.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure proper office maintenance and smooth operational support.
Requirements
- Any Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office / Administration / Coordination roles preferred.
- Good knowledge into MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for official field work.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle responsibilities independently.
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
