LocalDoctors.net is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to help onboard doctors, clinics, and hospitals onto our healthcare platform. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with healthcare professionals, we'd love to have you on our team.

Position: Telecalling Executive (Doctor Onboarding)
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

Key Responsibilities
Call doctors, clinics, and hospitals using company-provided leads.
Introduce LocalDoctors.net and explain its benefits.
Generate interest and schedule online or in-person product demonstrations.
Assist doctors with registration and profile creation on the platform.
Follow up with interested doctors and maintain strong relationships.
Update call status, follow-ups, and lead information in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
Coordinate with the sales and onboarding teams for smooth activation.
Resolve basic queries regarding platform features and onboarding.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Confident speaking and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, healthcare, or SaaS is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in B2B telecalling or healthcare sales.
Comfortable speaking with doctors and clinic staff.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and eager to grow in sales and customer success.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
