About the Role
Wipronix Technologies is looking for a confident, proactive and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive who can contribute to our institutional outreach, student engagement initiatives, business development activities and growth opportunities.
The role involves building meaningful relationships with colleges, universities, institutions and prospective clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams and creating opportunities for Wipronix's technology and career-oriented initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional & Business Outreach
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges, universities, educational institutions and organizations.
- Connect with relevant stakeholders through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and professional meetings.
- Introduce Wipronix's programs, technology solutions, industry initiatives and collaboration opportunities.
- Explore opportunities for institutional partnerships and long-term associations.
- Coordinate communication with colleges regarding upcoming initiatives, programs and engagement activities.
Calling & Communication
- Conduct regular outbound calls with institutions, organizations and prospective stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally with decision-makers and relevant representatives.
- Understand requirements, explain available opportunities and coordinate the next steps.
- Follow up with prospects and institutions in a structured and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship throughout the communication cycle.
Campus & Career Initiatives
- Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives, industry interaction programs, talent engagement initiatives and other institutional activities.
- Identify opportunities to connect Wipronix with students and institutions.
- Coordinate schedules, requirements and communication between institutions and internal teams.
- Support the execution of college engagement and recruitment-related activities.
Student & Program Engagement
- Communicate with students and institutions regarding career-oriented programs, industry exposure, internship/apprenticeship opportunities and skill-development initiatives.
- Understand student and institutional requirements and guide communication toward the appropriate Wipronix team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating student engagement activities.
- Maintain professional communication with students, coordinators and institutional representatives.
Relationship Development
- Build long-term professional relationships rather than focusing only on individual transactions.
- Identify opportunities for continued collaboration with existing institutional partners.
- Understand partner requirements and coordinate suitable solutions or initiatives.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and communication with key contacts.
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
- Research and identify relevant colleges, universities, organizations and potential business partners.
- Generate opportunities through calling, networking, online research, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
- Qualify opportunities based on requirements, relevance and potential.
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, discussions and online sessions.
- Follow up on proposals, discussions and partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, meetings and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Market & Institutional Research
- Research colleges, universities, organizations and relevant decision-makers.
- Identify institutions where Wipronix can establish meaningful partnerships.
- Track industry, education and technology trends.
- Identify new opportunities for institutional engagement and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, institutional outreach, sales, customer relations, education, recruitment or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a confident personality are welcome.
- Experience in B2B outreach, institutional partnerships, education-sector engagement or technology sales will be an advantage.
