Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our primary school team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Hindi language, effective teaching skills, and the ability to engage young learners in a dynamic and interactive classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a positive and conducive learning environment for students.
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Proficiency in Hindi and a good understanding of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational tools.
