Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Senior Creative Designer who can bring fresh visual ideas and strong design thinking to the team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both static and motion creatives and should be capable of handling end-to-end creative requirements for digital campaigns and brand communication.
The candidate should also be confident in creating impactful pitch decks, campaign concepts, and visual strategies for new business proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality static creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, and branding
- Create engaging motion graphics and video creatives
- Develop visually strong pitch decks and presentation designs
- Collaborate with the strategy and marketing team for campaign ideation
- Contribute creative ideas and visual strategies for new client pitches
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creative designing
- Strong portfolio showcasing static and motion design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Good understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
- Experience in presentation and pitch deck designing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of UI/UX design
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency (must)
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
