Key Requirements
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Textile/Spinning Industry.
- Proven experience in leading the complete operations of a large spinning mill.
- Strong expertise in Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Utilities, HR & IR, Stores, and Administration.
- Excellent knowledge of Operational Excellence, Productivity Improvement, Cost Control, and Quality Systems.
- Hands-on experience in managing large workforce and maintaining healthy Industrial Relations.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of Statutory Compliance, Factory Operations, and Safety Standards.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Textile Technology) / Textile Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
- Age Preference: Below 45 Years.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
