KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- 1. Social Screening of the blood donor.
- 2. To build the relations with key persons of colleges, organization industries etc. regarding the blood drives camps at in door & outdoor.
- 3. To identify & motivate the replacement donors (usually close friends/relatives of the patients.
- 4. Talk on need of blood, shortage of blood, ease of blood donation & myth about blood donation. (By illustrating with films or other)
- 5. Establishing and maintaining intrapersonal relationships, developing constructive and co-operative working, relationships with others, and maintaining them overtime.
- 6. Assisting & caring for others, providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support or other personal care to others such as donors, co-workers, costumers or patients.
- 7. Networking with other blood Banks
Qualification: Any Graduate and MSW
Experience: 1-3 years
