Role description
Developer
Role purpose: Support development, maintenance, defect fixes, monitoring response, documentation, and minor enhancement delivery for Resort Sales applications under the guidance of the Technical Lead and Senior Developers.
- Develop and unit test small enhancements, API changes, configuration updates, and defect fixes.
- Assist with incident triage by reviewing logs, s, error messages, API responses, and known runbook steps.
- Support production changes, deployment validation, smoke testing, and regression defect fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation, support notes, knowledge articles, and shift handoff updates.
- Collaborate with QA resources to clarify expected behavior, test data needs, and validation evidence.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as automation, monitoring cleanup, and code maintainability improvements.
Required skills and experience: 3–5 years of Java/Spring or related application development experience, REST API fundamentals, SQL basics, Git usage, debugging skills, basic AWS/cloud awareness, and willingness to support rotating production coverage.
