Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products/services and convince customers for purchase or meetings.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
- Prepare and share daily call reports and sales updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
