D&H Secheron Electrodes Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Welding Supervisor for reclamation services in Indore.
Location: Indore (Site-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise welding teams for electrode reclamation, refurbishment & reconditioning projects
- Plan and execute welding per WPS/PQR, technical specs, and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with welding codes (ASME/AWS/IS) and quality standards
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot welding defects with engineering support
- Manage site documentation, welder deployment, and productivity tracking
- Enforce safety protocols, PPE compliance, and EHS guidelines
- Coordinate with QA/QC, clients, and operations team for timely delivery
Required Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Welding Technology/Fabrication
- 5+ years supervisory experience in welding (reclamation/fabrication/heavy industry)
- Extensive knowledge of welding processes: SMAW, GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SAW, FCAW
- Strong understanding of welding methods, metallurgy, and process parameters
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client coordination skills
- Willingness to work at sites in and around Indore
