Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, smart, and professionally groomed Executive who can independently prepare and deliver impactful presentations in front of panels, groups, stakeholders, and senior authorities.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the confidence to handle professional discussions, meetings, and Q&A sessions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations
- Deliver presentations confidently before panels, groups, stakeholders, and senior authorities
- Explain projects, products, proposals, and concepts clearly and effectively
- Handle Q&A sessions professionally with accurate and confident responses
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during meetings and presentations
- Support the team in professional discussions, demonstrations, and official presentations
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi as per requirement
Required Skills
- Excellent command over English, Hindi & Marathi (Speaking and Writing mandatory)
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills
- Confident personality with professional attitude and dressing sense
- Ability to handle pressure and professional interactions confidently
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred Qualification & Profile
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Preferred Backgrounds:
- MBA (Marketing / HR)
- Mass Communication
- Public Relations / Public Policy
- B.Sc, B.Tech,B.E or equivalent
- Age: 25 to 40 years
- Experienced candidates will be preferred
- Prior experience in presentation handling, public speaking, client interaction, training, or corporate communication will be an added advantage
