East Point College of Higher Education Looking for a HOD for its Management Department (UG)
Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of overall academic experience.
- Candidates must have prior experience working as a Head of the Department (HOD).
- Strong experience in academic administration, faculty management, curriculum planning, and institutional development.
Qualification
- Ph.D. is mandatory in the relevant discipline.
- Candidates should possess the required qualifications as per applicable UGC/AICTE norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the respective academic department.
- Develop and implement academic plans and departmental strategies.
- Coordinate curriculum planning, academic delivery, and examination-related activities.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor faculty members.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and academic outcomes.
- Prepare and manage departmental workload, timetables, and academic schedules.
- Encourage research, publications, consultancy, and academic collaborations.
- Coordinate with the Principal and management on academic and administrative matters.
- Ensure compliance with university, UGC, AICTE, and institutional policies.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance activities, including NAAC and other regulatory requirements.
- Promote student development, industry interaction, internships, placements, and professional activities.
- Handle departmental documentation, reports, audits, and other academic responsibilities.
- Address student and faculty-related academic concerns effectively.

We are looking for an experienced academic leader with a proven track record as an HOD, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to lead and develop the UG Management and Computer Applications departments.

Best in the industry and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
