Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline
- Train and guide staff on service standards and procedures
- Manage shift operations and ensure timely service
- Check stock availability and report operational requirements
- Support management in achieving sales and operational targets
Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant or F&B industry preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle team and customer queries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Flexible to work in shifts and weekends
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
