Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Welder / Fabrication) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Fabricator with hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly. The candidate should be capable of reading technical drawings and executing fabrication work with precision and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform cutting, shaping, bending, and assembling of metal components
- Carry out welding activities (Arc, MIG, TIG as applicable)
- Operate fabrication machines such as cutting tools, grinders, drilling machines, and bending equipment
- Ensure accuracy and quality in fabrication work as per specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper finishing
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean working environment
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for timely completion of tasks
- Perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and welding processes
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery
- Knowledge of measurement tools (vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.)
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a shop-floor environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sheet metal or structural fabrication
- Knowledge of different materials like MS, SS, Aluminum
- Basic understanding of safety and quality standards
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Willingness to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
