As a Data Strategy & AI Enablement Associate in CAO F&BM India (reporting into the CFO organization within the Chief Administrative Office), you will spend each day translating business needs into clear requirements and working prototypes across Data, AI, and Expense Allocation Enablement (SAP co-allocations). You will be responsible for partnering with local and global stakeholders to rapidly test solutions, drive adoption, and transition productionized capabilities to long-term owning teams—delivering automated, actionable insights at scale through influence without formal authority.
Our CAO F&BM India team is responsible for a wide range of activities including stakeholder-facing solution design, prototype delivery and iteration, firmwide and external data enablement, and cross-functional process improvement to strengthen transparency, reporting, and decision support.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the function across local and global teams.

Translate business needs into clear requirements and working prototypes while managing multiple parallel workstreams.

Design user-friendly solutions with an adoption-first mindset to drive sustained usage.

Drive prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery execution across teams, regions, and dependencies.

Define success measures and adoption plans (usage, feedback loops, and outcome metrics).

Support launches through training, issue triage, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Apply data and AI approaches to automate insights and improve decision-making (e.g., anomaly detection, narrative summaries, self-serve insights).

Partner with global F&BM teams to deliver transparent views, drivers, and management reporting for SAP co-allocations.

Act as a liaison across firmwide Planning & Analysis, business managers, and Functional Finance teams.

Drive process improvement and automation to improve efficiency and control outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

7+ years of experience in financial services, corporate functions, business management, finance, data, or similar roles delivering reporting and insights

Strong problem framing, insight storytelling, and recommendation skills

Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and managing stakeholders under tight timelines and shifting priorities

Strong PowerPoint and analytics/BI tooling skills

Experience with tools such as Alteryx and Databricks; ability to build dashboards/prototypes without owning engineering; interest in learning and implementing AI

Strong data visualization and synthesis skills across multiple datasets
