Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Logistics Executive / Jr. Logistics Executive to handle day-to-day transportation and logistics operations for our Pune branch. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle management, driver coordination, billing support, loading/unloading coordination, operational documentation, and maintaining transport records.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily transportation and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with drivers for timely vehicle reporting and trip management.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding routes, delivery status, and operational updates.
- Manage driver attendance, availability, and trip scheduling.
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors for vehicle placement.
- Handle branch transportation bills and related documentation.
- Maintain vehicle records, trip details, fuel records, and operational data.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Track vehicle movement and delivery status.
- Maintain driver contact database and operational records.
- Perform data entry and maintain reports in Excel/software.
- Monitor PODs, invoices, trip sheets, and dispatch documents.
- Follow up on delays, breakdowns, and operational issues.
- Support the operations team in smooth branch functioning.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
- Strong driver and vehicle coordination skills.
- Good communication and follow-up ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry).
- Ability to handle multiple operational activities.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Qualification
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transport, or operations preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable in operational and field work environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage drivers and transportation activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
