About the Role
CHUB WOW WORLD is looking for passionate and dedicated Associate Mentors to support students throughout their academic learning journey. The Associate Mentor will be responsible for delivering engaging mentoring sessions, tracking student progress, providing personalized guidance, and ensuring students successfully achieve their learning and career goals.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and working closely with students in a collaborative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive educational and mentorship sessions based on the established curriculum.
- Mentor students by providing academic guidance, motivation, and career support.
- Monitor individual student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Identify students requiring additional support and create personalized improvement plans.
- Maintain high classroom engagement through interactive teaching methodologies.
- Ensure consistent quality in educational delivery and mentoring standards.
- Assist students in achieving academic milestones and completing assigned learning activities.
- Review course content and recommend improvements to learning materials where necessary.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
- Maintain attendance, student progress reports, assessments, and mentoring records.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, workshops, and academic development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant teaching domain or any discipline (Education background preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in teaching, classroom mentoring, instructional training, or academic coaching.
- Freshers with excellent communication and mentoring abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or Training Institutes will be an added advantage.
