Job: Admin Manager
Location: Perambalur
Time: 9am to 9pm
Industry: Jewellery
- Supervise office administration and daily operations
- Maintain employee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, furniture, and assets
- Maintain records of company assets and office equipment.
- Prepare and monitor the administration budget.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to office administration.
- Monitor physical security systems, CCTV, access control, and visitor management.
- Manage company vehicle operations, maintenance, insurance, and driver schedules.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, reception, drivers, office assistants, and other administrative staff.
Qualification:
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- UG
- Experience in jewellery retail/showroom operations preferred
